Shipping policy

Shipping - Once a order has been submitted and a confirmation email has been received the order will be normally processed & shipped within 1-4 business days (Monday - Friday). You will receive a tracking # once your item has shipped. 

Questions About Delivery: Once an item is handed over to USPS/UPS it becomes their responsibility to successfully handle and deliver your package. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, etc. packages, please contact USPS/UPS with any delivery questions. If further help is needed feel free to email us questions@sampleind.com
